Real Estate Assistance–Victor Myers has negotiated a partnership to create a better way of assisting our homeowners that saves time and money.  Most of the clients we build for are moving out of existing residences.  Through a partnership, we are now able to connect our clients with a local real estate professional who will either represent our clients at a lower rate than what is normative to market conditions or make a referral to high producers in the area where they need to sell.  Additionally, we can arrange to have crews prep our customers existing home to make the greatest impact when shown – and sold.

Personalized Attention– Each customer is given the direct contact number of a Victor Myers Custom Homes team member.  This member is responsible to walk with each customer through the totality of the build project and serve them as a voice of representation.  In short, our members are advocates for our customers, not just in concept but in practice.

Selection Assistance– As a true custom home builder, no two projects are alike.  Our customers have the flexibility to be as involved or retracted from the process as they wish.  No matter what the involvement, a team member is engaged in helping each customer understand allowances, make selections at numerous vendor locations and stay within budget.

Protecting Memories–  Victor Myers Custom Homes clients are able to watch their homes being built via an online photo center.  Multiple times during the course of a week, customers can log on and see the progress.  At the end of the project, home owners are not only given a book of manuals and instructions for operating systems in their houses, but also a photo album with scores of pictures.  This helps protect the memories of their journey.

Quarterly Newsletter– Each quarter, Victor Myers Custom Homes produces a newsletter that is intended to   communicate what is happening among the family of homeowners.  This newsletter presents an article from Victor, information about events, birthdays, anniversaries and new homeowners.  Also included are helpful hints for home care, maintenance and expansion.

Annual Appreciation Dinner– The ongoing customer service objective is to stay connected with customers.  One of the unique ways we do this is by hosting an annual Customer Appreciation Dinner.  Every Victor Myers Custom Homes homeowner is invited to attend this dinner which is held in an elegant, upscale restaurant.  The dinner affords us the opportunity to continue building relationships with our homeowners as well as helping to assimilate new homeowners into the Victor Myers Custom Homes family.

Warranties– The Victor Myers Custom Homes team stands behind our product.  Every home we build comes with an industry-leading 2 year warranty.  These warranties are maintained in 2 ways.  First, at intervals of 30 days, 11 months and 23 months, we schedule a work day.  On this day, our contractors come in and address issues that homeowners are having.  Secondly, homeowners have both the care member’s telephone number and the number of a third party company at their ready.  If something comes up in between scheduled intervals, they simply need to call.

Contractors United– The CU program is our way of providing customer care beyond the warranty.   We have made arrangements with trusted people in the industry to take care of our customers.  Instead of opening the yellow pages, our customers can call one of our CU members and know they will be treated with the professionalism a Victor Myers Custom Homes homeowner deserves.
